Before work starts.

A fixed quote sets out the scope, price and timing. Nothing is paid up front. You approve the finished work, then I invoice in full, due within 3 days. Software, phone and messaging costs are paid by you separately where applicable.

Timing depends on the tools, access and exceptions involved. A focused fix is usually 5 working days. Lead follow-up starter is handed over within 14 days and Lead follow-up system within 21 days. Bigger work is split into phases. The written quote confirms the schedule for your project.

A short description of the current process, the outcome you need, an example of the problem and someone who can approve decisions. For access, invite Henry through your account’s own user or collaborator settings with only the permissions needed. Never send passwords in email.

Access and sample data are agreed before work starts. Synthetic or approved examples are used where practical. The privacy notice explains how request details are handled. You keep ownership of your accounts and can remove project access at handover.

If I can't fix it, you pay nothing.

There are no monthly plans. Each project includes a fixed bug-fix period after handover. Later changes are quoted as a separate fixed-price job, from £250.

No. The systems check request asks for a preferred time. I confirm it with you. The request forms do not take payment or sign you up for marketing.
