01 / Services and prices

A clear scope.
A fixed price.

Choose a starting point. I check that it fits your tools and agree the work in writing before I start. Software costs are separate.

No monthly plans. Each project includes a fixed bug-fix period, and later changes are quoted as a separate fixed-price job.

All services and full scopes

Nothing is due up front and there is no deposit. Bigger work is split into phases that you approve one at a time. Each job or phase is invoiced in full when you approve it, and payment is due within 3 days.

02 / What I fix

Everyday snags.
Clear next steps.

A small fault can leave a customer unsure what to do or leave you checking several places. Start with the part that is not working.

02 / How it works

From a problem
to a working system.

You deal with me directly, from the first conversation to the handover.

  1. 01 / Understand

    Start with a call
    or message.

Show me what happens today. I send a short note with 2 or 3 possible fixes and a fixed price for each. No obligation.

  2. 02 / Agree

    A fixed quote.
    A focused task.

We agree the scope, price, access and timing in writing. Once you accept the quote, I start the build. Nothing is due up front.

  3. 03 / Deliver

    Built. Tested.
    Approved.

I test the normal route and likely exceptions. You review and approve the result, then receive a clear handover. I invoice in full on approval, due within 3 days. You own your accounts and data.

03 / The person behind the work

Small projects.
Personal responsibility.

I am Henry Williams, a sole trader in London. I build, fix and improve technical systems for small businesses, and I keep the scope and schedule realistic.

For a London recruitment startup, I built a Webflow application form, routed entries through Zapier to Airtable and created a profile record and a Pipeline entry linked to the role. The form included optional CV upload and diversity questions. The handover was written.

No recruitment result or time saving is claimed.

The interactive examples on this site use fictional records and are labelled as demonstrations.

Who are you?

I am Henry Williams, a sole trader in London working under the name Sparrow Works. I have built an applicant system for a London recruitment startup.

What tools do you use?

I work with tools such as Airtable, Zapier, Google Sheets, Webflow and existing forms or booking systems. I check what you already use before suggesting a change.

How long does it take?

Quick Fix takes 5 working days. Missed-Call Text-Back Setup takes up to 5 working days after access and wording are agreed. Lead follow-up starter is handed over within 14 days and Lead follow-up system within 21 days. I confirm timing in the written scope.

What do I pay for?

The agreed build, testing and handover. The systems check is free and does not include build work. Software subscriptions, phone numbers and SMS usage are separate and paid by you directly. No payment is taken by the booking form.

What if something breaks?

If I can't fix it, you pay nothing. Missed-Call Text-Back Setup and Quick Fix include 14 days of fixes. Lead follow-up starter and Lead follow-up system include 30 days. The package page explains the full scope.

How do you get access to my tools and data?

Invite henry.williams85.contact@gmail.com through your tool’s user or collaborator settings, with only the access needed. Never share passwords. I agree access and data needs before starting, use test records where possible and explain how to remove my access at handover.
