How it works

We agree exactly what "fixed" means before I start.
I fix it and you check it.
Once it does what we agreed in writing, I invoice £250, due within 3 days. If it isn't fixed, there's nothing to pay.

Why fixed price?
You know the cost before I start. No hourly bills.
What if it's bigger than £250?
I'll tell you on the check, and you get a written price for anything extra before any work happens. Any software subscriptions the fix needs stay in your name and on your bill.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. Add me as a user or collaborator, and you keep ownership of everything.
