One lead.
A clear path.

This fictional example describes the planned workflow. No inbox, calendar or CRM is connected, and no client result is claimed.

  1. 01 / New enquiry

    Recorded and answered.

The form adds the lead to your CRM or Airtable with its source, sends your instant reply and alerts the named person.

  2. 02 / Follow-up

    Up to 3 emails.

If the lead goes quiet, up to 3 agreed emails go out over up to 10 days. The sequence stops when they reply or book.

  3. 03 / Booking

A booked call on the record.

The lead picks a slot through your Calendly or Cal.com link, and the booking is written back to their record.

  4. 04 / Weekly summary

    The week at a glance.

Every week you get an email showing new leads, where they came from and their status.

Duplicate leads, missing details and failed emails need checks and a visible review path. Exact tools, timing and wording are agreed before building.

A clear scope

What we intend to improve

Every lead gets a reply, a follow-up and a clear status, and you see the week at a glance. Replies and bookings depend on your customers; no increase is promised.

The measure and baseline are agreed with you. No improvement is promised before testing.

Pricing / Agreed before work starts

Clear scope.
Fixed package prices.

Lead follow-up system £750. Fixed price. Handed over within 21 days.

Delivered as three phases of £250, each approved and invoiced separately. Phase 2 and Phase 3 do not start while an earlier phase invoice is overdue.

You pay your own software costs directly. If I can't fix it, you pay nothing.

Nothing is due up front and there is no deposit. Bigger work is split into phases that you approve one at a time. Each job or phase is invoiced in full when you approve it, and payment is due within 3 days.

Before we start

Useful boundaries.

What does this service leave out?
  • AI agents that read or reply to leads, SMS, ad campaigns, website changes, writing copy from scratch, more than one form, moving from one CRM to another and software subscriptions.
  • Any of these can be quoted as a separate phase between £250 and £750.
  • No promise of extra bookings, replies or revenue.
What access will you need?
  • Client-controlled accounts for your form, CRM or Airtable, email and booking tool, with agreed access
  • Your own wording for the auto-reply and follow-up emails, or approval of a draft
  • Representative test leads or approval to use synthetic ones
What would ongoing support cover?

There are no monthly plans. Each project includes a fixed bug-fix period after handover. Later changes are quoted as a separate fixed-price job, from £250.

Is the demonstration a client project?

No. It uses fictional information to show the approach. It does not claim a client result, saved hours or production integrations.
